You can apply for a labour permit if you have been an asylum seeker for six months. 

You can download a form from the INIS website at www.inis.gov.ie or you can ask for a hard copy from INIS Labour Market Access Unit, PO Box 12931 Freepost FDN5264, Dublin 2 or email lmauqueries@nulljustice.ie.

If you need help, call 086 232 5951. We can help you find a job by putting you in touch with the Employer Liaison Officer at the Department of Social Protection (DSP).  Send us your CV at diversitysligo@nullyahoo.ie and we will send it to the DSP.
